NUMBER ELEVEN @ Scarlet Mango Inn Key West

We stayed in Number Eleven for 2 nights and it was perfect. The space was large, very clean, and in a great location. Could walk to everything but also be in a location where noise was not an issue. The grounds, rooms, and shared spaces felt luxurious and we absolutely loved it. We would definitely stay here again!

Mango in was newly remodeled and clean. Inn Keepers were very responsive. It was in a great location. We’ll be back! Highly recommend.

Number Eleven at Scarlett Mango Inn was an amazing room. First of all, the inn is a beautiful place! Our room was wonderfully decorated and had plenty of room for our needs. The bed has one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on! The shower is wonderful and we never ran out of hot water. The pool at the inn was great to soak in after walking the town. The inn is conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We walked everywhere we went and had a wonderful time. When we return to Key West, we will definitely be staying at the Scarlett Mango Inn again!

We had an amazing stay here! We stayed in number 11 and the room is tucked away giving the perfect amount of privacy with a private entrance. The room and property are incredibly clean. We saw someone every morning taking care of the grounds and she did an amazing job. The fresh water and ice in the lobby were a life saver. We love that this property is so close to Duval yet far enough away that you don't hear the noise.

Charming 6 room inn close to Duval and Mallory Square, the perfect location to walk to everything in Old Town. Our very spacious room was ready early on the day we arrived. The Inn supplies beach towels, snacks, and water. There is a plunge pool on property with several lounge chairs for relaxing under a canopy of trees, very private. Self-check in was an easy process. Innkeepers were very responsive by text. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Scarlet Mango Inn and in Key West!

This is about the sixth time you've stayed here but only twice since it's been renovated and the new owners took it over, and we absolutely couldn't love it more!! It's clean and beautiful, and the amenities are wonderful.We highly recommend, and we always tell our friends about.We will definitely be booking again when we come back to key west, hopefully again next year!

We just returned from our trip to Key West where we stayed in room Number Eleven. It was a beautiful room that was exceptionally clean! The room is a great location only a block over from Duvall. One block down is a small grocery store where you can pick up any drinks or snacks you may need for your stay. We try to visit Key West at least annually and will definitely stay at this location again. Thank you for helping make our trip one for the memory book.

We arrived a few hours before 3pm check in and were able to stay in the Parlor which offered AC, Water, tea, coffee and a comfortable place to wait.The location was perfect and offered the convenience of walking everywhere. Some rent golf carts, but we enjoyed walking (to work off all the Key Lime pie). I highly recommend the Butterfly Sanctuary it was amazing (beyond words). The room was beautifully updated. Comfortable bed. It has a dehumidifier to keep the moisture down and also serves as white noise to block the occasional sound from the road. We had access to pool and every time we were there, we were the only guests using it. Its beautifully landscaped! It was peaceful and very relaxing. We give our stay 5 stars! I would choose this again. Mood Dog was a great place to eat, we went there many times. We dont recommend Sarahs across the street.

Hosts were exceptional and accommodating while property exceeded expectations. Room was clean and felt recently remodeled . Bed and linens were fresh and comfortable. Little extras included snacks and more than enough towels for our stay. Did I mention CLEAN, we are a bit clean freaks ourselves and this property met our standards which says something.

We also enjoyed the pool, which although is shared by all of the guests, felt very private and lush.

Finally, and in fairness to others who might stay here, the only negative would be road noise. The property is about a block away from the firehouse and when the trucks role, everyone knows about it, even at 3 am. The roosters also crow from about 4am onward (not much anyone can do about either, but if your a light sleeper, beware..

Overall, we would stay here again. Hosts were engaged and wanted to ensure a great stay....Thanks

Beautiful property within walking distance to Duvall Street, restaurants, and other attractions. Easy check in/ out procedures. Room on left side of building with private entry making it quiet and easy to access. Many nice touches including snacks, pool/beach towels, and bathroom supplies.

We enjoyed our stay at The Scarlet Mango Inn. Our room was everything we needed. Comfortable bed, nice towels and shower. The coffee supplies, bubbles and snacks were very appreciated! Yes, it is close to Duvall St, but the hum of the dehumidifier in the room drowned out most of the noise.

We loved our stay at Number Eleven. We barely saw any other guests and found the room to be spacious and spa-like. The bed and pillows were perfect and the snacks and complimentary coffee were a nice surprise. We were surprised by how loud the road noise was in the room. The room is situated on a corner lot and is very loud; as loud as if you were sitting outside. Trash trucks start their routes at 4:00 AM and there is no sleeping through that. The noise and lack of sleep were our only complaints during our stay there. Very walkable to all the shops and many great restaurants.

Received a text at 11:45am to let us know that our room was ready for check in - great start! The entire property is very well maintained and our room was meticulously kept. The snacks and pool towels in room were a nice touch. Only negative is room is a bit noisy with all the traffic going by (and morning rooster calls, lol) but it definitely would not prevent us from returning. Highly recommend!

This property is so beautiful! Location is great. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, but still want to be close to everything, this is your ideal choice! I would definitely stay here again!

The rental is one block away from Duval street and is very very nice inside. Clean and updated with a very comfortable bed. We came for a weekend getaway and will definitely try to stay here the next visit, would surely recommend to family and friends

We originally had planned our trip for February, however we had to reschedule for June and on short notice. This was not a problem for the host and we were happy with how the host was responsive to our emails. The stay was clean, quiet, and exceedingly nothing short of exceptional. We had the pool to ourselves and the location was central to the activities of the Key.

We had the most beautiful stay here. It was immaculate. The furniture, pool, landscaping and home was beautiful. The bed alone was the most comfortable we have ever experienced. Location is perfect. The owners have thought of every convenience right down to snacks and champagne. We could not have asked for more. Thank you!

Scarlet Mango Inn was a great pick for our mini getaway. Property was beautiful and well kept. Owners answered calls and texts immediately when I was locked out. So close to Duval Street, but without all the commotion. Will definitely stay here again!

The room had its own entrance on the side of the house and its own gate from the sidewalk which made it convenient when headed out for a walk. This room was impeccably clean! The landscaping was lush and made it feel very private and secluded with peaceful water features. The pool was perfect and hidden from the street. Having a restroom available in the main lobby area was convenient. Communicating with our hosts was quick and easy every time and you can tell they wanted us to enjoy our trip. The complimentary concierge was very helpful with last minute reservations. All in all a great place to stay for a one block walk to Duval St.

This room was exactly as pictured in the listing. Sparkling clean, comfy bed & chairs. Convenient to the things we wanted to do. Sarabeth’s across the street was so delicious we ate there twice. The hosts were prompt & friendly. Should we return to Key West, we will stay at the Scarlet Mango Inn Number Eleven again.

The property was great, as described, perfect amenities, centrally located and could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We did rent bikes to explore the entire island (worth it). The property is on a corner of 2 busy streets and is a little noisy early morning during the week. That said, I would recommend and would stay there again! Property mgmt was great and available for recommendations almost immediately. IMO this area is very central which made Duval access easy as well as the western facing waterfront. I prefer this location over being down in the Southernmost area. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Could not have asked for a better location, we were able to walk to everything. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Beautiful grounds and complimentary snacks and coffee were appreciated. There was a lot of street noise during the day but it quieted down at night so that didn’t bother us much. Highly recommend staying her.

My husband and I stayed at Scarlet Mango end of February 2023 in Room Number Eleven. Self check in was smooth. Room was very nice. Ground floor room so heard some steps above us but not bad. Bed very comfortable. Room well appointed with all we needed for long weekend. All communications prompt and clear. And right across street from one of the best breakfast spots in KW - Sarabeth’s. We did run white noise each night to drown out some street noise.

Location was excellent, we walked everywhere. No need to rent bikes, scooters or golf carts. Room had everything we needed. Pool was awesome, had both sun and shade. Traffic noise was at times bothersome, but didn’t take away from the calm ambiance of the property. Would definitely stay here again.

The room, the bed, the bathroom, the location, and the grounds are all beautiful and new and comfortable. The one issue with this location is the amount and variety of noise we endured over the stay. The upstairs guests and the street traffic were to be expected, but the airplanes, landscaping and garbage trucks were surprising. So, great accommodations but is not ideal for light sleepers.

We loved the room however, you may want to think about providing space heaters or extra blankets when the weather gets cold like it did this past Christmas. We understand that it rarely gets cold enough for heat in Key West, this past December was an example of what could happen.

We were pleasantly surprised with how great the Scarlet Mango Inn was!! Clean, large, newly renovated rooms in a beautiful house that also has been newly renovated. Private pool, free snacks and champagne in the room, what else can you ask for? Great price point, did not feel like I was being gouged like every other hotel, bed & breakfast and room for rent on planet earth. Definitely will be returning, very satisfied! The location is central to all of Key West and is a short walk away from basically any area of interest. Cannot recommend more!
