You are only two blocks from the Historic Seaport and a short stroll to 5 star restaurants, bars, shopping and the endless allure of famous Duval Street. The magic begins as you step onto our cozy wraparound porch with comfortable and plentiful seating, where you are immersed in the unique sights and sounds of our charming neighborhood. Retreat to our tropical garden to savor a cup of coffee in the morning. Sip on a crafted cocktail in the afternoon and take a dip in our lush tropical pool featuring a soothing and relaxing waterfall. Indulge yourself with a favorite novel or explore the internet with free Wi-Fi. All of our rooms include an en-suite bathroom, Serta PerfectSleeper Prestige Suite 11 Mattresses, fine linens, flat screen TV, countertop ice machine, coffeemaker and a mini-fridge, as well as tropical garden views. Our concierge services can advise you about all the things to do, including reservations to snorkel, kayak in the mangrove channels, or relax on an evening sunset sail.

Location was great with several nice touches - ice maker and mini refrigerator in room, water canisters for the filtered water, large shared kitchen and fresh fruit. Loved the front porch! Highly recommend The Inn on Fleming!!

The location was off the beaten path but completely walkable to Duval St., The wharf, and Mallory Square. We stayed in the Hemingway Room. There is a shared outdoor deck. It is expansive. I sat every morning inthe sun and read in peace and quiet. The roomis accessible without going through the house. The air conditioning was good (April), bed comfy, room clean, large, pretty, and bed comfy. Plenty of K-cups and creamers. More were available in the kitchen as well as ice, clean mugs and glasswear. Refrigerator and whitenoise machine in room.

Our stay at the Inn on Fleming was outstanding, the property is well kept and quiet. The property management team was responsive to any questions that we had. We would recommend this property for many reasons it is charming and the access to both restaurants and for us our seaplane excursion to the Dry Tortuga was so efficient. Walking the neighborhood made you feel a part of city not as if you flew went to a hotel but it felt warm and inviting. We had a truly excellent experience and would not only recommend the property but stay there again and longer then our two night stay. I things this property would be a great destination for a family or for a special event.
